Privacy Policy

Web Flip Design ("we", "us") is a web design studio in Miami, Florida. This page explains what information we collect through webflipdesign.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have any question, write to us at hi@webflipdesign.com.
What we collect
When you send the "Start my website" form, we receive the details you type: your name, email address, business name and what it does, the plan you choose, any phone number or extra details you add, and the language you were reading the site in.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send in that message.
What we don't collect
This site has no user accounts, takes no payments, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) in your own browser; that setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use your information
We use it only to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, to build and look after your website. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Who else handles it
- Hostinger hosts this website and our email, so form messages pass through and are stored on their servers.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles your messages if you choose to contact us there, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
To block spam, the form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to one hour. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to talk with you, do the work and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing hi@webflipdesign.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
